PromptNara Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of the AI prompt sharing service provided by PromptNara (the "Service") and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service and its members.

Article 2 (Registration)

Members may register using an email address and password.

Members must provide accurate information and may not register using another person's information.

Article 3 (Service Description)

PromptNara provides a platform where members can create, store, and share AI prompts.

Members may manage their prompts as public or private.

Article 4 (Responsibility for Content)

Members are solely responsible for the prompts and content they post.

Members may not post content that:

* Is illegal
* Infringes copyright
* Is intended to create malicious code
* Infringes the rights of others
* Is obscene or otherwise inappropriate

The operator may remove violating content without prior notice.

Article 5 (Account Management)

Members are responsible for keeping their accounts secure.

Members are responsible for issues arising from unauthorized use of their accounts.

Article 6 (Service Changes)

The Service may be modified when operationally or technically necessary.

The operator may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content posted by members.

The operator is not responsible for disputes between members.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

These Terms may be updated in accordance with applicable law. Changes will be announced within the Service.
